Catalyzing

The Capacity Collaborative catalyzes resources to help Tribes implement their projects and programs. Whether that means providing workshops so that Tribes can learn from each other or supporting grant writing and management, the Collaborative provides expertise in the following areas:

• Federal Grant Writing and Management,

• Measurement and Evaluation,

• Financial Feasibility Analysis, and

• Business Plan Development.

In 2024 we will be offering a suite of grant writing trainings throughout the year to southwestern Tribes with the topics such as: 1) Identifying the Funding, 2)Deciphering and RFA, 3) Building a Logic Model, 4) Finding the Data, 5) Metrics and Measurement and 6) Developing the Budget and Narrative.
